Our 3 flats are the ideal choice for those who want to feel at home even on holiday. They consist of a bedroom, bathroom and kitchen-living area. On your arrival you will find the beds made up with towels in the bathroom and towels for changing in the wardrobes. In the morning, simply by opening the windows you can have breakfast overlooking the lake and then set off on the many adventures you can enjoy in Malcesine and the surrounding area. In the evening you can choose whether to prepare a quiet dinner at home, perhaps with the excellent products you can find locally, or to go out for dinner in one of the many restaurants in the centre of Malcesine.

Located in Malcesine, our Villa is 200 metres from the town's historic centre and its shops and restaurants. The nearest airport is Verona, which is 58 km away, while the famous Gardaland amusement park is 40 km away. Enjoy private access to the lake for pleasant afternoons sunbathing. The cable car to Monte Baldo, the harbour, supermarket and bus stop are just a few minutes' walk from our flats. Cycling, hiking and water sports enthusiasts will find plenty to do in the surroundings of our flats.
