Villa Magdalena is a luxurious villa with a shared swimming pool and private garden in Peschiera. The villa is located a short distance from the shores of Lake Garda, the first beaches are only 300 metres from the house. On foot you can easily reach supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bars and the centre of San Benedetto, a district of Peschiera. The historic centre of Peschiera can be reached by car in 5 minutes and the charming centre of Sirmione in 10 minutes. There is also a convenient bus stop 200 metres from the house.

Villa Magdalena can accommodate up to 8 people and is spread over 2 floors: the ground floor consists of a double bedroom, a bathroom with window, shower, utility room with washing machine (which can also be used as a bicycle storage room), a spacious kitchen with dishwasher and dining table, and a furnished covered terrace leading directly to the private garden. On the first floor are two double bedrooms, both with private balconies overlooking the vineyards, a bathroom, living room with double sofa bed and a beautiful covered terrace with single rocking chair, lounge area and spectacular views of the vineyards surrounding the house. The villa has air conditioning throughout and two private covered outdoor parking spaces. Free Wi-Fi connection, free bed linen and towels. Pets are NOT allowed.
