We stayed two nights at this wonderful resort. Everything was perfect.
Breakfast features a rich and varied buffet: excellent-quality sweet and savory products, with the option of eggs cooked in a variety of ways.
Dinner is served at your table, with a menu that changes every night; there is also a buffet of appetizers, cheeses, and desserts.
The spa is undoubtedly a must-see at this property. An added bonus is the many events spread throughout the day, such as steam baths in the sauna, face yoga, and more.
Definitely worth visiting again in a more suitable climate to enjoy the wonderful outdoor spaces, such as the pond and relaxation areas where you can enjoy an excellent aperitif.
The very well-kept lounge bar offers a wide selection of wines, gins, and cocktails.
ALL the staff (from the spa, to the restaurant, to the bar, to the reception) are truly professional, qualified, cheerful, and attentive, without ever being intrusive.
Highly recommended for a regenerating break.

The spa area is breathtaking, with well-maintained pools and saunas.

A truly exclusive hotel stay that leaves nothing to be desired. From the very first minute, you feel the special atmosphere of tranquility, harmony, and stylish elegance. The entire hotel exudes a soothing serenity and invites you to unwind and enjoy.
We were treated to culinary delights of the highest caliber: exquisite dishes, finely tuned, creatively presented, and of excellent quality. Every course was a pleasure and reflected a love for detail. The attentive, warm service perfectly complemented the all-around pampering experience. The hotel's dog-friendliness deserves special mention: our dog also felt completely at ease from the moment we arrived and was warmly welcomed everywhere – a wonderful addition that made our stay perfect. New Year's Eve was an absolute highlight – eventful, festive, and with superb musical entertainment. The atmospheric ambiance, the first-class menu, and the musical accompaniment made the turn of the year an unforgettable experience.
A place of relaxation, enjoyment, and special moments. We will gladly return and can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

The Quellenhof Luxury Resort Lazise lived up to our expectations, confirming its position as a refined and well-positioned choice in the luxury hospitality landscape.
We stayed for three days, as a stopover on our way back from Trentino, from December 18th to 24th, choosing a Garden by the Lake Suite.
Online booking was simple and seamless.
The suite we chose proved to be excellent: approximately 80 square meters, spacious and well-organized, with a terrace overlooking the artificial lake, very elegant and relaxing, with direct access to the water.
The private, heated jacuzzi, used often, was a major plus: relaxing with that view, even in winter, is a true privilege.
Although we couldn't fully utilize the outdoor spaces due to the season, it was still very pleasant to wake up and sip a herbal tea on the terrace, enjoying the quiet and atmosphere of the resort.
Our dog also greatly appreciated the opportunity to spend time outdoors, a detail that demonstrates the care and attention paid to guests with pets, without ever feeling "basic" or unkempt.
One observation, a completely minor one: access to the suite is via an external corridor, so in winter, reaching the hotel's amenities can be a bit chilly. For us, this wasn't a real inconvenience; in fact, direct access to the park was convenient for walking our dog. This is more of an objective observation than a criticism.
Check-in was impeccable: the staff were friendly, discreet, and professional. We arrived at 2:00 PM, before the official check-in time, and the room was ready, a gesture that is always appreciated in a property of this caliber.
Throughout our stay, the staff proved to be top-notch: present, attentive, always kind, without ever being intrusive.
We also took advantage of the sports areas: paddle tennis and ping pong, which the property offers excellently, even though the weather wasn't ideal. These are definitely activities to be fully enjoyed in a more favorable season.
The pools, all heated, are excellent: we tried both the lap pool and the panoramic rooftop pool, as well as the spa, which offers a complete, well-maintained, and well-organized relaxation experience.
The breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection and quality products; the service was prompt and efficient.
For dinner, we had a fixed table for the duration of our stay, a detail we always appreciate. Special thanks to Thomas, who looked after us with professionalism, elegance, and great attention, as did the entire restaurant staff.
The dishes were well-prepared, with attention to detail. Having reported a fish allergy at check-in, I was provided with a personalized menu, with dedicated alternatives: a service we consider essential in a property of this caliber, and which was handled impeccably here.
We also greatly appreciated the option to choose from classic dishes, always available, in addition to the daily menu.
We also used the electric car charging service, which was extremely convenient: we left the key at reception, and the staff took care of everything. The cost was more than fair, especially when compared to other similarly sized properties.
Special mention goes to the pet-friendly service, managed with intelligence and discretion: no problems during our stay, bowls in the room, and the housekeeping staff was notified, who were fully informed of the dog's presence. A thoughtful service, never improvised.
In conclusion, our stay was very positive and consistent. We are already considering a future reservation, either at this property or at others in the Quellenhof group, perhaps in the summer, to fully experience all the activities offered.
Without a doubt, a resort we would happily recommend.

Our 9-day vacation was truly relaxing. A beautiful hotel in a wonderfully peaceful location with a magnificent view of Lake Garda.
The hotel is very modern, the suite is superb, well-equipped, and spotlessly clean. The staff is incredibly friendly, very accommodating, and attentive.
We were able to fully enjoy our vacation. The spa and sauna area is impeccably maintained and very quiet.
Plenty of time to unwind and relax. Simply fantastic!

We stayed in the Olivia Suite and felt completely at ease from the very first minute. Everything was beautifully and modernly furnished, cozy, and impeccably maintained. The spa area is gorgeous – our couples massage was a real highlight, incredibly relaxing and professional.

For a relaxing weekend in Lazise, I had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful resort.
The location is elegant and refined, and from the pool, you can enjoy a splendid view of the lake, which becomes magical at sunset.

An exceptional experience at the Quellenhof Luxury Resort Lazise
We greatly appreciated both the interior and exterior design, as well as the luxurious atmosphere throughout the hotel.
The breakfast buffet was plentiful and varied, and the six-course dinner menu offered high quality and variety every evening.
The service – in the restaurant, at the bar, and at the reception – was always attentive, professional, and extremely friendly.
The cleanliness throughout the hotel – in the suite, in the hallways, at the reception, in the sauna, in the spa and pool area (even in the garage!) – was outstanding and left a very positive impression.
You truly feel seen and cared for here – all employees show genuine attention, and it's clear that they care deeply about their guests' well-being.
The hotel has a superb location with beautiful views from the infinity pool over Lazise and Lake Garda.
The details—both indoors and outdoors—are thoughtful and tastefully designed. There are always free loungers by the pools, and the spa area is impressive—with separate areas for families and adults only. The spa offers a wide range of professional treatments, and everything feels extremely well-maintained and exclusive.
The overall hotel experience was simply outstanding, and we will definitely return to the Quellenhof Lazise.

Apparently they discriminate against families with young children. Is your child under 4 years of age (ours will be 3 years and 8 months at the time of check in)? This hotel rejects you for this. Is this even legal in Italy? Even if it is, I think it's in bad taste.

An Outstanding Experience on Lake Garda – A Jewel of Relaxation
We had a truly wonderful stay at the Quellenhof Lazise. This hotel sets new standards in quality and hospitality.
From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the entire property, including the fantastic entrance:
The hotel and the entire complex are of extremely high quality, stylish, and spotlessly clean. It's obvious that great importance is placed on aesthetics, art, and care.
The entire staff was consistently very friendly, courteous, and professional, which made the stay particularly pleasant.
Wellness and Relaxation at the Highest Level
> Another absolute highlight is the spa area. It is beautifully designed and offers pure relaxation. The professional infusions were excellent and perfectly rounded off the wellness visit.

We would like to highlight the waitress, Asia. Her manner was exceptional. She was very courteous, attentive, professional, and extremely friendly. A service that further enriched the stay! and proves that the Quellenhof relies on excellent staff.
Small suggestion for improvement:
The only minor disappointment we found was the lack of real flower arrangements or similar on the restaurant tables. Given the abundance of beautiful herbs, olive trees, and stunning plants around Lake Garda, this would be a simple but very charming addition that would make the restaurant's ambiance even more perfect.
Conclusion:
Despite this small detail, our stay was wonderful and highly recommended. The Quellenhof Lazise is the ideal address for anyone seeking a luxurious, clean, and relaxing break on Lake Garda. We would love to come back!
PS: The shuttle service to Lazise is simply top-notch and I almost forgot to mention it with all the wonderful experiences.

Unfortunately, for a 5-star hotel, I have to say my expectations were disappointed.
I stayed with my husband and my two dogs in the Oliva Suite.
Nice room, but alas, we were placed near the storage area for trolleys and cleaning supplies... so much coming and going that I woke up early in the morning. Inconceivable for a hotel that claims to offer excellent services!
Unjustified value for money! I understand everything, but some prices are just unbelievable (7 euros for a 0.75 bottle of water). At the end of my stay (1 night), I wouldn't recommend it. I checked out at 10:20, but said I'd stay in the room until 11:00 (check-out time), and they promptly turned off the TV! Poor customer service.
I wouldn't recommend.

The Quellenhof Lazise impresses with impressive architecture, high-quality design, and a first-class wellness area. The infinity pool overlooking Lake Garda is particularly noteworthy – a true feel-good factor.
The staff is professional, friendly, and always strives to make your stay unforgettable. The rooms are spacious, modern, and extremely clean – exactly what you'd expect in this price range.
There are minor drawbacks for the dinner menu: While creative and visually appealing, the taste isn't consistently up to 5-star standards. Breakfast, on the other hand, is excellent!
The spa area leaves little to be desired, although a bit more privacy would be desirable in the relaxation area.
Conclusion:

My parents have been loyal guests at the Quellenhof in South Tyrol for 38 years, and we all feel at home there every year. After our last stay, we visited friends in Lazise and took the opportunity to briefly check out the partner hotel.
Upon arriving upstairs at the Tikki Bar, we were greeted so warmly by Stefan, the hotel manager, that we immediately felt welcome. We spent a wonderful afternoon and were able to experience how much passion Stefan puts into running this hotel. This personal touch reminds us of what we have valued so much at the Quellenhof for decades – people who are passionate about their work and who thereby make a hotel something truly special.

The hotel feels more like a children's hotel than a spa/wellness hotel. Children are screaming everywhere, making relaxation impossible. The atmosphere is reminiscent of an outdoor swimming pool. The rooms are also far from the luxurious 5-star standard one would expect. Nothing matches, and the materials aren't high-quality. The bathroom mirror lights can't be turned off at night, so a restful sleep is out of the question—the room is constantly brightly lit. The minibar isn't restocked. The staff is very nice and friendly. However, we won't be returning; the exorbitant prices don't justify what's offered.

A day spa is medicine for the body. Every now and then I indulge in this luxurious pleasure within an impeccable facility, perfectly designed to provide a haven from the daily grind.
It's an immersion in velvety fabrics, enveloping loungers, and relaxing sounds. The saunas and both indoor and outdoor pools are worth the price of admission. The cost is high, but it's proportionate to the standard and service. There are also indoor bars for snacks or lunch, offering excellent, quality food throughout the day. The staff is excellent. The sky pool is breathtaking. Valet service is definitely appreciated. I'll be back soon...

A resort nestled in lush greenery, the property is meticulously maintained and full of distinctive details. The friendly staff offers easy access to the center of Lazise, less than 10 minutes away, with the hotel's 24-hour shuttle service. Free parking or garage parking is available.
A spacious wellness area is available, both for families with a heated indoor/outdoor pool, two family saunas, and outdoor slides, as well as an adults-only area, including the rooftop infinity pool and sauna area (nudist area).
There is also a natural lake with sun loungers and a green area with children's playground equipment.
Fitness room, soccer field, tennis court, trampoline, and bike rental.

A beautiful hotel on the outskirts of Lazise. The town is easily accessible by bicycle or on foot. The hotel meets the highest standards; there was absolutely nothing to complain about, except that one eventually has to go home. A perfect 5-star hotel! Our holiday expectations were exceeded. You feel welcome from the moment you arrive. The entire staff is very professional and qualified. There are several pools available, including a sky pool and a bar with a magnificent view of Lake Garda. The Onda SPA is fantastic, as are the entire sauna area. The Quellenhof in La Cise is a very stylish, small luxury resort with plenty of charm and attention to detail. The location is idyllic, the grounds well-maintained, and peaceful. Compared to the larger Quellenhof in Merano, this hotel is significantly smaller, but that's precisely what makes it so appealing. Unfortunately, the service was overwhelmed on several evenings – we sometimes had to wait up to three hours for our meals. Also, from 8 a.m. onwards, you're woken by the housekeeping staff slamming doors – this is unacceptable in a hotel of this caliber. The "suite" we booked was more like a junior suite: only a sink, little space, no included minibar – disappointing at €800 per night. Small touches would go a long way. All in all, a very nice hotel with friendly staff, but the value for money isn't quite there in some areas – this is nitpicking, but justified given the hotel's high standards.

We stayed at the Quellenhof in Lazise for four nights, and the entire stay was simply perfect.
From the moment you check in, you feel well taken care of, and nothing is lacking. The car was parked for you (each parking space is assigned to a specific hotel room, so there's no need to search for it if you need it), and our luggage was brought to our room while we enjoyed a welcome drink.
The entire complex is very modern and impeccably maintained. The rooms are also spacious and modern, and the bathroom and closets are large enough to store clothes, etc.
The food leaves nothing to be desired. Unfortunately, on the day of our departure, the milk for our coffee and the omelet we ordered were forgotten at breakfast. Oh well, there are worse things, but it shouldn't happen. At dinner, there's something for everyone, and you can create your own menu from various options. If you still can't find anything you like, you can choose from the standard dishes that are available every day. Chiara and Asia were assigned to our table in the evenings; they were extremely attentive and friendly and took excellent care of us.
In general, all the staff are highly trained, friendly, and always helpful. Special thanks also go to the reception staff (Stefan Niedermayer and his colleagues).
We also really appreciated the hotel's shuttle service to Lazise, which took us there and picked us up whenever we wanted. One phone call was all it took, and the shuttle arrived 10-15 minutes later.
In conclusion: the hotel is definitely recommended, and I think we'll be back. The photos speak for themselves.

We've been guests at Quellenhof twice, the first time in a Private Villa, and recently in the Penthaus Pool Villa, both marvels.
This paradise is truly unique. My wife and I always travel with our dogs (two Labradors), and Quellenhof is unique in pampering our four-legged friends too.

This was our tenth stay here, and our third this year, and we're always delighted to be guests at this hotel. The hotel is fantastic and truly lives up to its name as a luxury resort. You feel completely at home. You're greeted by a super friendly team at check-in. After a welcome drink, a wonderful, spacious room with all amenities awaits you. The spa area is simply superb, with saunas offering spectacular infusions, a steam room with scrubs, large relaxation rooms, and much more. Swimmers like us really enjoy the two very large, heated pools.
A gym, tennis courts, a soccer field, and more—all this can be found at this resort. If, in addition to the sports and wellness facilities, you also want to indulge in culinary delights, you'll be thrilled with the breakfast. We've stayed in many hotels, but the breakfast at the Quellenhof is in a category of "outstanding," as the Americans would say! What shouldn't be forgotten is the evening menu – varied, superb, delicious, simply a culinary delight, though sometimes a bit too much :-). Better too much than too little :-) ! For wine and champagne lovers, there's also an enormous selection available. Another highlight of this hotel is the staff – incredibly friendly, incredibly helpful, and always smiling. It's especially a pleasure to see so many familiar faces again and again, which certainly speaks volumes for the host, the owner. We will definitely be back, as the Quellenhof has become one of our favorite accommodations. You simply feel at home and truly valued.

I stayed here for the second time in April 2025 for a short break. It's a beautifully designed hotel with many lovely spots to relax. You can sit comfortably in the lobby by the bar, in the garden, or at the pool bar. There are plenty of sun loungers, and you can always find a quiet corner to unwind in the spa. The food is absolutely fantastic; I've never experienced such a great breakfast and dinner when booking half-board. Everything is fresh and cooked to perfection. At breakfast, you can order various extras to your table (waffles, omelets, etc.) for free or for a small additional charge. There's Prosecco, an orange juicer, and the option to make your own fancy vegetable juices. The five-course dinner, including a small appetizer buffet, is also very flexible. If you don't find a dish you like on the evening menu, you can choose from several classic dishes, often at no extra cost. There was almost always a pizza option—it's impossible not to leave satisfied. The drinks menu is fantastic; I find the basic drinks a bit pricey (around €6), but they have wonderfully mixed cocktails starting at €10, which I consider almost a bargain. The staff is exceptionally well-trained and remembers every detail about each guest remarkably well (e.g., what we liked to drink and that we always preferred to wait a bit before dessert). The hotel's appearance is every bit as good as the professionally taken photos. It's a dream! Absolutely beautiful! Any drawbacks? I couldn't find any, just perhaps minor things that one forgets when gazing at the lake. Oh, and maybe one thing: the blossoms from the trees behind the tennis courts have ruined my white sneakers. My next holiday in autumn is already being planned.

Simply put: if you pay the price, you expect the corresponding service. The Quellenhof certainly confirms this. Excellent service, outstanding food (breakfast with particularly fresh fruit), and a very upscale ambiance. Everything is perfect. Only the location. So, if you just want to pop into town for a bit, you have to walk a bit. But that's really the only issue. The Quellenhof falls into the category of the wish list: "I'll definitely be back."

The resort is very beautiful and modern. The pools are pleasantly warm, so the children could play in the water for a long time. Dinner was always very good, too. Carmen, in particular, was exceptionally kind and competent!
The new paddle courts were also fantastic; they are in excellent condition and beautifully designed.

We had the pleasure of staying at the Quellenhof Luxury Resort Lake Garda for 3 nights, and from start to finish, it was nothing short of exceptional. This property is easily one of the best we’ve ever experienced.
The service truly sets this place apart. Every staff member we encountered was warm, attentive, and genuinely seemed to enjoy being there. You can feel the positive energy in the way they interact with guests and go above and beyond to accommodate any request.
The food was absolutely top notch – from the wide variety of delicious options at breakfast to the phenomenal 5-course dinners, every meal was a delight.
The facilities are modern, elegant, and impeccably maintained. Whether relaxing by the pool, exploring the grounds, or enjoying a drink on the terrace, everything feels thoughtfully designed.
And then there’s the SPA – WOW!!! It’s a true haven of relaxation and luxury, with stunning views and a range of treatments and experiences that left us feeling completely recharged.

I had the pleasure of spending a few days at this magnificent hotel on Lake Garda, and I can only say: absolutely recommend it!
Rooms: The rooms are extremely comfortable, stylish, and modern. You immediately feel at home, and the high-quality furnishings create a luxurious ambiance.
Hotel: The entire hotel impresses with its modern and sophisticated design. It not only appears sophisticated but also very inviting – a perfect blend of elegance and a feel-good atmosphere.
Staff: The staff is excellently trained and impresses with their exceptional friendliness and helpfulness. You feel truly valued as a guest.
Spa: In my opinion, this is the best spa on Lake Garda and definitely one of the best in a 5-star hotel. The event sauna infusions are particularly noteworthy – a real highlight and an absolute must for wellness lovers!
Restaurant: The food is of excellent quality and tastes of the highest caliber. The only criticism is the somewhat exorbitant prices: €6 for a Coke, €6-7 for a beer, and €3.50 for an espresso are borderline high, even for a 5-star hotel in Italy. Especially with espresso, they could have adhered to Italy's unwritten law.
Summary: A fantastic hotel with great design, an outstanding spa area, and excellent service. Only the drink prices in the restaurant could be a bit fairer. Nevertheless, a definite recommendation!

The atmosphere is very pleasant, the room is spacious and, at our request, the heat was optimal for us.
What we liked the most: the dinner experience. it was very nice for us that the personalized menus were made based on our requirements - and once we requested it on the first evening, the menu was personalized throughout our stay. it was a very nice detail for us. Even upon departure, we received a gift that respected our expressed requirements regarding the menu.
What we liked the most were the people, their attitude towards us - and our many requirements. Every request was respected, without problems and without having to explain much - which is wow.
We really liked them and I would like to mention a few people - from the multitude of nice people:
at the reception Eva (excellent driving skills), Irene and Luca - they have excellent communication skills and introduced us to the hotel family :)
The official driver is very nice and always greeted us with a smile.
at the table it was very nice that we had Romanian waiters - who created a wonderful atmosphere :) Carmen (excellent communication), Gheorghe (a very good man), Gabriela (very nice), Gabriel (excellent pizza and very nice to us) and Dario (he has an incredible memory and is very nice and friendly) - they are special people and the whole experience was more beautiful because of them.
Also, the fact that the general manager comes around 2 evenings and talks to all the guests is a very nice touch.

I was looked after and advised on the birthday party by Deputy Manager Carol, who fulfilled all my requests with great professionalism and kindness. Special thanks also go to Maître d' Alessandro Tonoli, who oversaw the dinner with equally impeccable care.
I would also like to thank all the staff who made the celebrations so wonderful!
The only thing I found lacking in quality was the spa area, which is in an unfortunate location for my taste and is small.

As Lake Garda lovers, we were looking for a relaxing hotel to start 2025. We found the Hotel Quellenhof, which particularly caught our eye with its 6-course dinner menu and extensive breakfast buffet in the morning. The hotel is very well-maintained, and the outdoor facilities are exactly what you would expect. The interior is also stylish and modern, but doesn't feel overly opulent, rather it's high-quality, and the beds are particularly comfortable. The rest of the room is also completely convincing—although you probably won't spend most of your stay there anyway.
The spa area is clean and tidy, and the staff ensure a tidy and clean ambiance at all times. There are plenty of loungers, both by the pool and directly by the saunas (which are available with both textile and non-textile saunas).
The fitness area is well-equipped, offering a selection of the most important machines. However, the various stations are very close together, which can easily get a bit crowded, especially when several guests decide to burn off breakfast.
The highlight, however, was definitely the people at the Quellenhof. Whether the employees were exercising during their lunch break and being questioned by guests, or in the morning/evening in the restaurant/dining area, you always felt well looked after. If you mentioned one evening that you would like a dish without cilantro, everyone would know the next evening and proactively offer the meal without cilantro when ordering. Even if you don't order wine with your meal, you won't get any strange looks at the Quellenhof; instead, your guest's request is simply accepted. We've experienced this differently in other hotels.

Several Mennekes 22kW chargers are available in the garage; these can be started using a QR code. At 50 cents per kWh, the price isn't the cheapest in the world, but the whole process works faster and more reliably than in any other hotel. And at the end of the day, everything can be paid for with the room bill. Generally, there are quite a few electric cars on the road there, but we had no trouble finding a free space.

Helpful, kind, everything spotlessly clean... beautiful pools, sauna, and wonderful relaxation areas!
The absolute best were the spa and beauty treatments, specifically a candle massage for two and a facial. Breakfast was excellent, as was dinner, and lunch at the bar was also excellent!

The home’s privacy and alarm system offered peace of mind, and swimming in our private pool under the winter sun (2–8C) was simply magical. The extra surprise of a Michelin-starred Panettone on Christmas Eve was icing on the cake!
Transport & Location:
We rented an electric car in Verona, and the resort provided a daily charging option—super handy for our excursions to Verona (only 30 minutes away) and the gorgeous ski resort of Brentenico. We also loved the shuttle service to the local village of Lazise, with its charming Christmas markets and shops.
Activities:
One highlight was the resort’s e-bike tour led by Thomas, where we explored wine, olive, and apple valleys, stopping at local villages for coffee and shopping. Another favorite was the resort’s daily gym classes—I even learned some Latin dance steps! The spa’s guided sauna sessions and peaceful steam room were perfect for relaxing, and the adult-only area let us parents enjoy thermal pools while our teens had their own fun.
Service & Amenities:
The staff at Quellenhof were wonderful—from the resort manager spending time with us on Christmas Eve, to Santa Claus’s special visit, to the friendly concierge, drivers, and cleaners. We also enjoyed top-notch massages at the spa and the convenient hair/nail salon for holiday pampering. Every part of the stay felt thoughtfully designed and customer-focused.
Restaurant Experience:
Food lovers, you’re in for a treat. Alessandro (Manager/Sommelier) and his team patiently guided us through incredible menus, satisfying even the pickiest eaters. The variety of dishes each day—including vegetarian, gluten-free, and kid-friendly options—was fantastic. Every plate was a work of art, and the extensive wine list was expertly curated (my partner is a self-professed wine snob!). Getting to know staff like Carmen, Danilo, and Thomas made our meals all the more memorable.
Our only regret is not ending our Italian trip here—the 5-star hotel we stayed at afterward in Venice just didn’t compare. We can’t wait to explore more properties from the same group. If you’re looking for an extraordinary experience, Quellenhof Lazise is it. Grazie for making our Christmas truly unforgettable!

We spent a weekend at the end of October at this long-known location, frequent guests of the Dorfer family. Luckily, we enjoyed three days of almost late-summer weather. We woke up in the morning, warmed up in the gym, had a delicious breakfast, and then took the QLR shuttle into town. We strolled along the lake and through the lively streets of Lazise. Returned for a game of tennis and a dip in the pool (outdoor, heated, of course). Then, we went to the sauna. To finish, a dinner that we would define as fantastic... a must try.

Unfortunately, you can find staff at the reception who aren't always very patient...
It's also a shame that nothing is done about people who reserve loungers and then leave two hours later (especially at the natural lake, where there are special loungers). We only stayed in the villa because every second lounger at the natural lake was reserved, even though no one had been there for over two hours. At breakfast, you could already see that no one was swimming or lying down, but there were beach towels on all the loungers...

Delightful 3-night stay in this wonderful hotel. The staff is excellent and we were always cheerfully greeted and helped with a particular shout-out to Dario who is great. Our room was well-equipped with comfortable beds, an excellent shower and plenty of chairs and beds on the deck. Large-screen TV that we didn't use and a fridge. The pools were great and my favorite is the swimming pond. The sauna is perhaps the best I've used and we were alone most of our visits which were very tranquil. We had "half board" and really enjoyed our buffet breakfasts and 6-course dinners. The hotel runs a comprehensive website which provides the daily dinner menu as well as a daily activity menu. We also received a copy at breakfast. My friend enjoyed the gym and she enjoyed one of the daily "Aufguss" (sauna rituals). My friend brought her dog and the hotel provided a dog bed, bowl and treats for him. We were able to leave him in the room while we ate in the restaurant. The entire experience was flawless and I would definitely return. My wish would be for the rooms to have Japanese toilets and for there to be a Japanese hot-water pool. It would be helpful if there were some guidance on how much to tip. Otherwise it's pretty much perfection

What truly sets this hotel apart is that you don't have to pay for everything. This allows you to fully enjoy the wellness facilities and a delicious breakfast, while other luxury hotels often charge extra on top of their already high prices. The hotel is very modern and well-maintained, the staff extremely accommodating, and the food simply divine... we really enjoyed our stay at the beginning of July.
Outside, there's a natural pond (for swimming), as well as a pool and a jacuzzi - not to mention the rooftop pool, which includes the rooftop bar with impressive views of Lake Garda (the rooftop area is "adults only").

The hotel is run and managed under this motto, now in its third generation.
We were privileged to enjoy a week at this luxury resort. We stayed in the Penthouse Pool Villa (270), which is spread over two floors.
The top floor houses the private pool and a spacious terrace, complete with sun loungers and a Balinese bed. The lower floor houses the two separate bedrooms with two bathrooms. There, too, you'll find another terrace with a sauna, whirlpool, lounge, and a large outdoor table. Everything is very charmingly and modernly furnished. If you're looking for plenty of space, even on vacation, this category is highly recommended, as 265 m² offers plenty of space for every family.
The view of Lake Garda completes this perfect penthouse suite.
The approximately €3,300 per night including half board, for four people, is absolutely justified.
The entire hotel complex is spacious, well-maintained, and yet protected from view. Here, you can also enjoy the peace and quiet from the otherwise overcrowded Lazise.
Despite the high season in July/August, the complex is never overcrowded, and every guest can find a spot to enjoy the sun or the two outdoor pools.
Those looking for sports can find tennis, soccer, paddle, or volleyball courts in the hotel. Of course, there is also an air-conditioned gym. Bicycles, including e-bikes, can be rented from the hotel.
We were spoiled with culinary delights every day.
In the main restaurant, you can eat not only in the morning but also in the evening, choosing your own meal from the daily menu.
The cuisine was always excellent, which we were able to enjoy with every course.
The wine list is exceptional, and for wine connoisseurs like us, it was exquisite, and we discovered a few new fine wines. Jessica (sommelier) has extensive wine knowledge, and we enjoyed her advice every day.
A heartfelt thank you to her and her team for the friendly, courteous, and excellent service.

I've been to the Quellenhof Lazise twice now, and I've already booked my third visit.
It's truly wonderful. Above all, the staff is exceptionally kind and absolutely 5***** friendly. This deserves special praise and applies to all employees, from reception to the car and luggage service. I've never experienced such a friendly experience before.
We also really enjoyed the wellness area; the only drawback is the occasional ants. But that didn't bother me. You have to be careful with wet feet; the tiles are quite slippery!
Breakfast and dinner were also excellent, and there was plenty of choice for every taste.
The Quellenhof has its price, but for me, it's a truly relaxing place, and I'm already looking forward to my next stay.

I don't know what to write that reflects what we experienced. It was a wonderful experience from check-in to check-out. The staff is simply incredible; I've never experienced such attentive service in any other hotel (and I've visited many 5-star resorts). The food was magnificent; every course was a delight. We were also thrilled with the hotel itself and the rooms; they were very clean, very stylish, and very spacious. The events that took place provided plenty of entertainment.

My father turned 60, and we had a beautifully set table for dinner. The staff congratulated him, and there was even a special dessert.

The hotel's design is extremely appealing, and the staff proved to be extremely helpful, offering immediate assistance with our bikes, including things like inflating the tires. However, I must emphasize that the value for money did not live up to expectations. The option for avocado toast and eggs Benedict at breakfast, as well as additional charges for selected dinner dishes, were disappointing and unusual for hotels of a similar class. We also noticed that the plastic flowers were decorated with cobwebs, which detracted from the overall impression.
Overall, this is a charming hotel with outstanding staff and first-class service, but the price level does not seem appropriate.

The hotel's architecture is truly stunning, the hotel is beautifully situated and very well-located. We stayed in the Limone double room, which is the cheapest category.
German is also spoken very well, which isn't important to us since we're in a different country and can communicate in English, but for many, this is certainly very important.
9/10 The hotel staff were really super friendly and attentive.
We'd especially like to highlight Marco at dinner and Dario at breakfast, incredibly dedicated and personable waiters.
They also have pool service, which is really great.
The rooms have everything from shampoo to conditioner to intimate wash shampoo. There's even sunscreen at the pools – we've never seen anything like it anywhere else – really great.
You can rent bikes, or there's a shuttle to Lazise. The spa area is beautiful! The sauna infusions in the event sauna are fantastic. The pools and the natural swimming pond are great, too. What we particularly want to highlight is the incredibly good food; we've never eaten better in a hotel of this category than here. Every dish is a poem, and there's a huge selection (the only drawback: the dishes are very large, almost impossible to finish with a 6-course menu ;) ). It was truly a 100/10.
What we unfortunately found negative:
- Some of the rooms were very noisy (the kitchen was in the hallway and above us).
- We wanted to go to the pool in the morning, but the lawn was being mowed first, and we couldn't lie down on a lounger on the lawn until 10:30 (but after requesting it, loungers were immediately provided).
- We had to first alert the waiters that there was a European Championship match at 9:00 p.m. and no TV, even though it was advertised everywhere.
- We often had to pour ourselves more wine at dinner and waited forever to sign.
- At the bar in the evening, there were sometimes no employees, so we had to go back several times and waited a long time for a new drink; many others left.
- If breakfast is said to start at 7:30, then everything should be ready by 7:30, not the last things arriving at 7:45.
- The beds are on the softer side and a bit worn.
All of these are complaints, but a 5-star hotel should have this under control a bit better.
Overall, we were incredibly impressed with this hotel and have already recommended it to our friends. We will definitely be back :) and will definitely stop by South Tyrol!

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay here. They truly cater to every need, and the service is outstanding. We booked a room in the annex for our dog, who has mobility issues, which was perfect. It was very quiet and right next to the dog park. The beds in the room were also exceptionally comfortable. The sports program was excellent, with something for everyone. The tennis courts are absolutely top-notch, and booking them is very straightforward, including booking a coach. We also used the shuttle to Lazise, and that worked flawlessly as well. The outdoor facilities with the wonderful pools are particularly beautiful. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to return.

We had a wonderful stay at the Quellenhof Luxury Resort Lazise. The reception was friendly and welcoming, and we were immediately shown to the hotel and our room. We even received an upgrade to a larger room. The hotel is modern, stylish, and comfortably furnished. Everything is very clean and tidy. We particularly liked the service at the hotel. Every little request is responded to immediately, and the staff works very well together.
Breakfast and dinner are excellent, and the selection is extensive. Breakfast includes a large buffet and à la carte options (waffles, pancakes, crepes, egg dishes, porridge). In the evening, you can choose from two or three dishes, and you can also choose classics like schnitzel, pasta, etc. every day if you don't find anything you like on the menu. The food always arrived at the same time, was beautifully presented, hot, and incredibly delicious!
We were two adults staying at the hotel with our 4-year-old son. During that time, the clientele was rather older. Families with children were few and far between (3-4 families). With amenities for children (slide, children's pool, family sauna), as well as large adult-only areas (spa, rooftop pool), everyone should be able to find something they like and enjoy a wonderful stay.

A very attractive, modern hotel in a spacious hotel complex – beautiful outdoor facilities with various pools and tennis courts, etc., and an ideal location as a starting point for excursions (Lake Garda, Venice, etc.).
The evening menu was varied and in keeping with the hotel's standards, but not the breakfast and salad buffet. Nothing above standard here, and if there was, then at an extra charge (e.g., €10 for avocado toast with unripe avocado) – that's incomprehensible given the room prices.
Unfortunately, sleeping with the window open was almost impossible – for one thing, there were often very loud cars driving along the adjacent country road, and frogs were constantly croaking in the natural pond… We found the receptionist's statement that "it's just the way it is for a few weeks and you can always use earplugs" inappropriate.
Overall, therefore, it's definitely recommended, but we expected more in terms of quality.

This beautiful and lovingly run hotel in one of the most beautiful regions of Lake Garda truly leaves nothing to be desired. This is our second time staying with our Labrador at this fantastic and very dog-friendly hotel, but certainly not the last. My partner and I had the pleasure of staying at the Hotel Quellenhof Lazise from May 9th to 12th, 2024, and it was simply fantastic! This hotel exceeded our expectations in almost every way.
Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by the reception staff. We immediately felt welcome and well looked after. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and had a great terrace.
The hotel itself is a true treasure. The decor is elegant and stylish, and there's a relaxed atmosphere perfect for unwinding and enjoying yourself. We were particularly impressed by the beautifully landscaped wellness area. Here, we were able to relax after a day of lake activities and fully enjoy the amenities such as the sauna and pool.
Breakfast at the Hotel Quellenhof Lazise was also a highlight. There was a rich selection of delicious food, including fresh fruit, pastries, cheeses, and much more. Everything was freshly prepared and of excellent quality.
The hotel's location is also very good. Just a few minutes' walk from the picturesque center of Lazise, we were able to fully enjoy the beauty of Lake Garda. Excursions to the surrounding towns were also easily possible thanks to the hotel's central location.
Overall, we can wholeheartedly recommend our stay at the Hotel Quellenhof Lazise. It was an unforgettable experience that we would gladly repeat. Many thanks to the entire team for this wonderful time!

I'm here every few weeks; you don't have to worry about your high-quality vehicle at all; absolutely nothing happens. The staff are very friendly, and the wellness area is absolutely fantastic. I always book the penthouse villa with a pool; there you have peace and quiet and absolute privacy with fantastic service.

A fantastic hotel with impressive architecture. Beautifully landscaped. The spa and pool area are exceptionally well-designed and impeccably maintained. The staff is incredibly friendly. Even the lowest category rooms are very spacious, stylish, and comfortable. Each room has its own terrace or balcony. Dinner in the panoramic restaurant was outstanding and left nothing to be desired. The value for money is also excellent compared to other 5-star hotels. We highly recommend it and would love to return.

Today we had brunch at the hotel bar; everything was perfect: very good service, friendly staff, and a lovely atmosphere.
Then we had lunch; the starters were well-made, the portions generous, and everything was excellent.
Unfortunately, the Wiener schnitzel was a complete disaster.
The menu described it as a golden-brown fried veal Wiener schnitzel!
What arrived was a wafer-thin, frozen Wiener schnitzel, really poorly made and not worthy of a 5-star hotel.
What a shame!!!!

The evening menu offered an excellent selection, as did the service. We spent a wonderful day at the spa, enjoying cutting-edge aufguss massages, complemented by a delicious lunch at the bistro, accompanied by an excellent wine, wisely recommended. In a luxurious 5-star resort, with 5 euro swimming trunks, luckily no one noticed. The resort offers everything your wellness heart desires, with attentive and friendly but not intrusive staff. After a few years, I've unfortunately found it to be worsening:
The pools had a lot of visible residue (slightly cloudy water), and the pool water and common areas were too warm for the winter. This year, walking around this spa hotel in a bathrobe wasn't very pleasant. Dinner and breakfast were always excellent, but the appetizer buffet was smaller than in previous years, and prices had increased. This time, we left with a bitter taste in our mouths. I'm sorry.

An exceptional experience! My family and I spent our Christmas holidays at this property, from December 23rd to 29th, 2023, and we had a wonderful time. The property offers a wide range of services included in the price: two paddle tennis courts, two tennis courts, one soccer field, bicycles, taxi service to Lazise, an adult spa, a family spa, and two heated pools. The breakfasts and dinners were fantastic, with a wide variety of food. The staff was knowledgeable and professional. The rooms were spotlessly clean: perfect towels and spotless sheets. We even found a bathrobe and slippers for our youngest child. In short, they paid attention to every detail, and we felt truly pampered!
On my last day, I also purchased the Jet Peel facial treatment, but unfortunately, within 48 hours, my entire face was swollen. I think it was due to an allergic reaction, but this isn't their fault; since I have very delicate skin, perhaps it was something I shouldn't have done.
Kudos to the owners for their excellent management ️

Even though this is my fifth time at the spa, it's always beautiful and this place deserves a worthy review. The modern and contemporary design of the spaces offers great relaxation and blends with nature, that of the garden, the pond, the internal courtyards with plants and stones, hidden gardens that cheer the view, and that of the panorama enjoyed from the highest point: the rooftop infinity pool. I discovered this place in 2021 and have returned several times, for a stay, a day spa and for many Sunday lunches, aperitifs or late breakfasts. The staff is simply exceptional: smiling, but not invasive, kind, but not intrusive and above all they "remember" you. In particular (but not only) Lisa, who knows my food intolerances and tastes by heart and Giuliano, a perfect executor of customized relaxation in the spa, also with practical wellness advice. The aufguss rituals are performed with great skill, competence, passion, and dedication. They are truly something unique that, outside of Trentino, I have never seen either in Lombardy (where I live) or in Veneto (where I often vacation). They say that happy places are not (just) places, and Quellenhof Lazise is (for me) one of them.

The hotel feels very new and well-maintained. The pools are a pleasant temperature, even in November. The spa area, especially the relaxation room with daybeds and the event sauna, is outstanding. The sauna infusions are sensational.
Breakfast and dinner are absolutely delicious, and the selection of dishes, with the daily menu and set options, is perfect. I would particularly like to highlight the buffet, which is offered in addition to dinner.
We were very lucky and received an upgrade to the Penthouse Pool Villa.

We stayed at the hotel for four days at the end of September/beginning of October. Overall, we felt very comfortable, and I would have liked to give it five stars, as the staff was very friendly and mostly attentive. The entire complex is very clean and well-maintained. The organization of reservations, parking, breakfast, pool, etc. is top-notch. Unfortunately, it's the little details that cost us a star in our rating, given the hotel's own standards and the price. These little details include (not a claim to completeness): a small gift in the room upon arrival. A little more sensitivity to guests upon arrival (we just wanted to go to our room after the stressful journey, but they still had to ask and explain all sorts of things to us. This could have been done later). We had a small table at dinner, which felt like it was outside the restaurant area. Many other guests who were there for a shorter period and probably "only" had rooms had much nicer seats with a view of the lake. We found the food in the evening restaurant rather average. Unfortunately, there was hardly any reference to Italian cuisine. You can tell that it's a commercial kitchen after all. A spotlight shone directly into my face, which was very unpleasant. Only after I asked was the spotlight turned off, and only on the third evening did they do it on their own. As I said, these are minor things and, of course, they're complaining at a very high level. But they could still work on their sensitivity and attentiveness.

Spending a day here as an alternative to a pool is a luxury worth discovering. You can have lunch poolside. One flaw that needs fixing is the lack of cotton or other fabric tablecloths and napkins... the decor clashes with everything else. Book your spa treatments in advance! Very modern and well-kept facility. I was shocked to return to my room at 2 PM and still not find it tidied up. Then, despite the "Do not disturb" sign and us resting, they knocked on the door, we had to go to the terrace to get out of their way!!! The next day they knocked and opened at 9 AM, despite our "Who is there?"... It's unacceptable!!! On the restaurant tables, only a strip of cloth... don't they use tablecloths anymore? I found the menu mediocre, not very Mediterranean. Many items on the menu were also chargeable. I expected more from the spa, only pools. Overall, the prices are very high. It's hard to imagine returning.

My wife and I spent a week at the Quellenhof Lazise. It was, in a word, incredible. Incredibly beautiful. The entire hotel is very modern yet cozy. Great attention is paid to order and cleanliness. We also really enjoyed the gourmet half-board. You'll definitely be full, and there's enough choice for every taste at dinner. The only negative point I would like to point out is that non-alcoholic drinks at both lunch and dinner are far too expensive and, in my opinion, unjustified. For example, a small bottle of Coke costs €6, and a bottle of water costs €7. I'm aware that this is a luxury resort, and the Quellenhof has to make money, but even there, there should be limits. We had two rainy days, which were wonderfully spent in the heated pools and sauna areas. The highlight is the taxi service to Lazise. You can have a chic electric car drive you to and from the town center at any time until 10:30 p.m. The staff are all extremely friendly and always try to fulfill your wishes. This was also noticeable when our table was specially decorated for dinner, and a birthday card for my wife was placed on the table. The hotel manager often walked by and had pleasant conversations with ALL the guests. They also offer many services, such as car and Vespa rentals, and a varied event (a magic show) always rounds off the week. We were there with an electric car, and there are plenty of charging options in the hotel. We will definitely come back.

A superb hotel, everything is lovingly decorated; everything just fits together. Very nice decor.

I can't describe the outdoor area in detail; I don't even know where to begin. Simply beautiful. No matter where, everything is superbly thought out and decorated with lots of love.

The heated pools were also pleasant (especially for the kids). The food and service were perfect as always (well, Quellenhof standard). A very successful stay. In my opinion, the most beautiful hotel on Lake Garda. Beautiful hotel grounds, absolutely relaxing.
Children aged four and over are welcome. In summer, there's also a children's pool with a slide. Otherwise, it's not really a children's hotel, but there is a special area where you can go with children (spa).
Reception, rooms, restaurant, no matter where, everyone was very friendly and accommodating. The shuttle service to Lazise was also great.
The evening menu was a 10/10 every night. The service, our waiter was Marco, a special thank you to him, was simply perfect. There was nothing to complain about, simply superb.
The rooms were tidy, well-equipped, and the wardrobe was the perfect size.
I was only able to use the spa and wellness area to a limited extent because I had a toddler, but it looked beautiful and the pool area was great.
We will definitely come back. Thank you

A beautiful hotel 5 minutes from Lazise. The rooftop terrace offers a beautiful view of the lake. I visited here for a day spa and can highly recommend what I saw. The grounds are extremely well-maintained, and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. The pool area is large, with plenty of loungers. The relaxation rooms are also very nice, with their numerous fireplaces perfect for relaxing. Lunch was also delicious. Luckily, the weather was glorious during my stay; I think I would miss having an indoor pool if it rained (or maybe I just couldn't find one).

Well-being at the highest level
A hotel that leaves nothing to be desired. Beautifully located above Lazise, spacious and spacious, and very stylishly and harmoniously furnished. The rooms lack nothing: a large balcony with a daybed, rain shower, Wi-Fi, a smart TV, and plenty of room for clothes. The color and material concept is so beautifully implemented throughout the hotel that the visual aspect alone is relaxing. A large spa/wellness/beauty area (with a separate "adults-only" section) offers plenty of space to relax. Two pools (nicely warm at 32 and 34 degrees Celsius, respectively), one of which is a "sky pool" with an infinity design. The staff is so friendly, attentive, and professionally helpful that you almost feel like family. A very large and delicious breakfast buffet fulfills all your wishes. The 6-course dinner menu was first-class, with some courses at the level of a fine dining establishment. An extensive wine list, thankfully including some quite affordable wines. Excellent expert wine advice. A very well-stocked hotel bar, with some signature cocktail creations and wow factors.
Electric car charging is available for a fee (5 wall boxes); the price in March 2023 was 60 cents per kilowatt hour.
The hotel is definitely worth its high price, and we would be happy to return.

We stayed again for 8 days, and everything was just as perfect as last year. Nothing was left to be desired.

I gave the location "only" 4 stars because, while there is a lake view, it's not very close (they do offer a shuttle service, though).

Another thing that could be added is a hot tub just for the naturist area (I've always found one in other facilities of the same caliber).

We just spent four days at the Quellenhof and are unfortunately only partially satisfied.
The rooms are very noisy (even though it's a new building), and you can hear shoes in the hallway, doors slamming, and noises from the upper floor – and not a little of it.
The sauna area itself is very nice, and the infusions are great – however, the spa area is completely underground, and while there is the option to go outside, there's unfortunately no sauna with a view here.
The sky pool, on the other hand, is fantastic with a beautiful panoramic view!
Massages, facials, hairdresser – everything is top-notch!!
As a vegetarian, the food unfortunately didn't really convince me. There's definitely room for improvement here…
Overall, the sustainability concept could be addressed a bit better. You find quite a lot of plastic everywhere (from the Philadelphia at breakfast, to the vanity kit in the bathroom, and even the flower on the dining table in the restaurant) – that could be better ;)! Water could be provided more frequently in the rooms.
The staff was very friendly overall, and we felt very welcome with our dog!
We had imagined the location to be a bit more exciting, though...

Our impressions of the Quellenhof Lazise:
The facility is perfectly maintained and modern.
We've stayed at many places, but we've never experienced such service from the staff.
We received a free room upgrade and were looked after perfectly from start to finish.
The food was delicious and varied.
The massage was extremely relaxing; our attendants were extremely competent and uncomplicated.
My wife was pregnant; they adjusted the massage free of charge and regularly checked in to make sure everything was okay.
Finally, I would like to thank all the staff again for making this unforgettable weekend possible. We will definitely be back.

We give it 7 stars. The reception staff were excellent, the Olive room was gorgeous and included half board, at a very good price, the rooftop pool, pools with steps leading down, the spa and relaxation area, the bistro bar, hairdresser, ATM, huge spaces, luxury, and yet I felt at home. I had forgotten two items in my suitcase, which the staff promptly sent me. The dinner was exquisite and generous, and the swimming lake, which I imagine in the summer among palm and olive trees, was a dream at dinner, at breakfast, and everywhere else. I felt pampered by a highly qualified and extremely kind, attentive, and smiling team. It's a hotel where you never want to leave, because it gives you a dream from which you never want to wake up.

We stayed at the Quellenhof this weekend. Although we've stayed at several 5-star hotels, I have to say that the Quellenhof is by far the best you can imagine.
Every member of the hotel staff was extremely friendly and polite. Even my questions before check-in were answered excellently. Our suite was simply stunning. It was immaculately maintained and so clean, as if we were the first guests to ever enter it. The breakfast and dinner are incredibly delicious. There's a huge selection, and everyone will find something to suit their taste. Special mention goes to Felizitas, our waitress in the evenings. She knew everything before we even knew it. I've never experienced such wonderful, attentive, and caring service at a dinner.
It's a shame we only visited this first time. I'm sure we'll spend many more wonderful holidays here.

It's certainly not a bad place to stay, but you'd expect much more from a 5-star hotel.
The reception is very positive, but unfortunately, the spa area leaves much to be desired. Only two saunas and a Turkish bath in the adults-only area, and the service lacks attention to detail. The lake-view pool is pleasant, but it doesn't do justice to the splendor of Lake Garda. Perhaps a one-star reduction would be better calibrated and more enjoyable...

My partner and I had a spa day... Everything was fantastic... The location was meticulously maintained, the welcome was warm and welcoming, the staff were friendly and helpful, the massage girls were top notch, and the lunch was superb. It's not a particularly large spa, but it's highly recommended for a relaxing day. I'd recommend expanding the herbal tea area a bit more.

Absolutely no complaints! The resort is luxurious while the price is totally not (from Londons perspective). Never expected the price actually includes daily breakfast buffet and dinner.
Everywhere is kept very clean, and the staff are always smiling. The service is superb and they're so flexible to accommodate our needs, i.e. let us visit the restaurant late, and offered HDMI cable when we asked for one to watch Netflix on the room TV.
Pictures are just the same as the real resort - beautiful pool, restaurants, lounges, sauna and spa areas etc.
Food is delicious and the menu refreshes daily which gives surprises.
We booked a few facial and massage treatments which are relaxing as well.

This was our second time staying at the Quellenhof Lazise. The rooms are absolutely top-notch, as is the entire hotel complex. Everything is of a very high quality and modern. The breakfast buffet and dinner truly leave nothing to be desired. World-class! The service was incredibly attentive and friendly, and this applies to all the staff. The extensive wine list includes local wines as well as wines from various regions and countries. There's always something good to be found. The town of Lazise is about a 30-minute drive from Verona and about a 90-minute drive from Venice and is ideally located directly on Lake Garda. We'd love to come back :)

This was our second stay at the Quellenhof Lazise. We've also stayed at other hotels in the Dorfer Group several times, so we're practically regulars by now. We were very happy with this stay as well. We even found the food to be better than what we had at the See Lodge in September. The staff are all very friendly, kind, and accommodating. Any minor issues were resolved immediately by management. It was quite an experience to witness the tranquility of Lake Garda in November... No boats were sailing on the lake, and almost everything in Malcesine was closed. Bardolino and Lazise were only lively on weekends – but the Quellenhof Lazise was fully booked.

Particularly noteworthy is the extremely authentic, friendly, and
young staff, the child-friendliness, and yes, the natural interaction with dogs.
Everything was very relaxing in this superbly beautiful and modern hotel, perfectly located between Verona and Milan. So it's also a great choice for culture and shopping enthusiasts.
There would be a tiny deduction for the evening menu, which we didn't really enjoy in 11 days. But that's subjective and doesn't really spoil our perfect stay.
We'll be back.

A resort that leaves nothing to be desired. It offers fantastic activities for everyone in the family. We tried golf, and Gordi, the instructor, is legendary. Not only do they provide perfect golf instruction, but his jokes are absolutely hilarious.
Usually, family hotels are a mixed bag. But here, everything is 100% perfect.
Petra in the panoramic restaurant is so lovely and attentive; she anticipates your every need.
There's only one thing to criticize. Most of the shower rooms/toilets don't have doors, meaning you have to shower naked and there's no privacy. This could certainly be remedied with a sliding door if desired.

All the staff were definitely very friendly and well-trained in their respective fields. The spa treatment was truly wonderful. The mattresses and bedding were excellent. We liked the architecture. However, we did have a few things to complain about: We received an upgrade, but having two cribs in the room didn't make it any cozier. We didn't use the whirlpool on the terrace – which is visible from the outside – and it didn't look particularly inviting when we opened it up. There was no drain in one of the sinks. The shower was only lukewarm at 6:30 pm – it wasn't perfect again until 7 pm. We found our table in the restaurant very uncomfortable. The food is upscale but not outstanding. The espresso was terrible, and the classic margarita at the bar definitely needs improvement. "Minor" things like plants desperately needing water or the fabric on the sofa not fitting properly point to problems with housekeeping. Overall, this hotel lacked a certain "soul." So, we were quite disappointed.

First of all, my girlfriend and I would like to thank you for the 7 wonderful days we were able to spend with you at the Quellenhof in Lazise.
We have stayed in many luxury hotels throughout Europe, but we rarely experienced this feeling of relaxation and tranquility, and almost never the feeling of having had the perfect vacation.
Quietness is extremely important to both of us, which is why I would like to explicitly highlight the quiet and spacious Olivia Suite, the serene atmosphere during breakfast and dinner, and also the incredible peace and tranquility by the pool. The soft music could be heard almost everywhere, but it was by no means disturbing, but rather soothing for relaxation and unwinding.
Furthermore, the little things in life make all the difference for both of us, and there were more than enough of those at the Quellenhof in Lazise.
To name just a few:
Upon arrival, a towel soaked in lemon water to refresh you after the long journey, two vouchers for a drink immediately upon arrival, a starry sky on the ceiling of our suite to help you fall asleep,...
However, all of the points listed in the last two paragraphs depend on the staff. The staff are the flagship of such a resort and create the personal bond between hotel and guest. If this bond isn't established, no matter how beautiful the hotel is.
First of all: Your staff couldn't be a better showcase for this fantastic resort and couldn't better create a perfect atmosphere throughout the entire vacation.
The quintessential friendliness and the constantly lively manner of the entire staff, but especially that of the panorama restaurant, is unparalleled.
Not only was the food top-notch and always perfect, but your staff also made every dinner unforgettable.
We simply sensed that your staff is proud to work at such a resort and to be part of this team.
We're already looking forward to visiting the other two Quellenhof resorts, but especially to returning to Lazise to stay even longer in this incredible place next time.

This was our second time at this hotel. We were thrilled with the room, the hotel, the location on Lake Garda, and, above all, the very friendly and helpful staff.
We arrived by bike from the Quellenhof Sea Lodge. We received all the support we needed for this perhaps not-so-common bike tour, including the shuttle back from Lazise to the Sea Lodge.
We like both hotels and will definitely return sometime, perhaps even taking the bike tour again.

ALMOST good, because unfortunately, I couldn't get a room. I had seen one online, but when I arrived two hours later, it was apparently already gone—so I can't really rate the hotel itself. I received a friendly welcome, though, although I was a little irritated by the fact that the entrance/gate system is a bit cryptic to operate; you can't find the right doorbell right away. However, I was very kindly informed that, unfortunately, there were no more rooms available and offered to call the Quellenhof in the Passeier Valley, which I then did myself. However, my first impression of the public areas was excellent, and the bartender was also extremely humorous. I guess I'll have to try again. ;)

The place is nice and the quality of rooms is also great, i stayed in a penthouse and had a good time. Not much pictures of the rooms and the resort (it looks much better in real).
Why three stars?
1- quality of food and other drinks are normal and overpriced for what you get (nothing special at all)
So i would suggest you to get the breakfast included only. You will have better alternatives at the downtown.
2- an incident happened, i haven’t been contacted by the hotel regarding that matter yet.

As a family with our three adult/almost adult children (23, 21, 14), we spent a week at the Quellenhof in Lazise in June. We, who are accustomed to staying in high-class hotels, truly enjoyed a superlative vacation. We are certainly spoiled and sometimes critical, but at this location, everything, absolutely everything, was perfect from A to Z. Our arrival was perfectly prepared, the staff discreet at all times, extremely polite, yet not aloof, but very welcoming – it's a true art to achieve this combination with the staff. And that's true with EVERY member of the staff. Of course, we especially grew fond of Paolo, because with his warm and original manner, he made the food and wine selection even more wonderful than it already was.
The rooms were perfect, the hygiene level was outstanding.
The food was partly Michelin-star quality, but on some days there was still some room for improvement. We personally found one menu sequence to be a buffet that was inserted alongside the salad buffet – it creates a club-like feel and somewhat detracts from the Quellenhof's very upscale ambiance. But that's a matter of personal taste and shouldn't be considered a criticism.
The bar and the cocktails? A dream.
The infinity pool? A piece of heaven with a captivating view over Lake Garda.
The pools and the wellness area were gigantic; we can't comment on the treatments. We used the few days to explore Verona, rent a boat on Lake Garda and explore the lake from the lakeside, explore Lazise, and visit Bardolino... seven days were too short.
The location of the Quellenhof, which we weren't entirely convinced of before booking because we thought it was too far from the lake, turned out to be absolutely fantastic.
The shuttle service worked smoothly at all times. A two-minute walk from the nearby campsite takes you to the sandy beach of Lake Garda.
This location, a little removed from the lake, proved to be particularly ideal during our stay, and it was a real pleasure to be able to relax in an oasis secluded from the hustle and bustle of the lake, with the option of being able to reach the tourist area in a short time.
Our hearts truly bled as we left; during our stay, we inspired several family friends to stay at the Quellenhof, and we will definitely come back ourselves.
A wonderful place, a wonderful team, a successful hotel, a wonderful kitchen team!

A stunning hotel just steps from Lake Garda. The spa is large, clean, uncrowded, and very private. There's also a large outdoor area with a lake and two pools, and another rooftop pool.
We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant, and the quality was top-notch. The dishes were beautiful and delicious—a true discovery. We're very happy and will definitely return.
The staff is very courteous and knowledgeable everywhere!

If you want a place of absolute peace and tranquility, yet with sophisticated and refined luxury, Quellenhof Luxury Resort Lazise is the place for you.
They have an excellent spa offering all types of treatments, even with children. The staff is highly trained and exceptionally helpful. The restaurant offers an excellent à la carte selection for both adults and children.
If you're traveling with a four-legged friend, they'll be delighted, as they're so well-pampered.

We chose this hotel with friends as the final highlight of our vacation and would like to say THANK YOU to the entire team for 3 wonderful days! The hotel's concept has been exceptionally implemented and is ideal for a break, even if only briefly, to unwind!
Spacious, clean rooms with a very nice layout, comfortable furnishings, and, most importantly, fantastic beds (we've never slept so well in a hotel :-) )
The many opportunities to take a dip in the cool water, whether it's a natural swimming lake where a cheerful frog concert takes place in the evening, a sports pool to satisfy the sporty types or encourage the more lazy to swim a few laps in the morning, the small terrace pools, and, of course, the spectacular Skypool WITH A VIEW of the beautiful Lake Garda, are beautifully integrated into the complex. There are plenty of places to relax, no fighting for a sunbed, and fresh towels and the necessary poolside drinks are also available!
The wellness and spa area is spacious, and unless you were visiting in the height of summer like we were, it would be a dream to simply unwind, read, cuddle, use the sauna, and perhaps enjoy one of the many spa treatments.
We used the spa area for massages, and I can only say a huge compliment to the ladies who did a fantastic job! I booked a Lomi Lomi massage, and I highly recommend it; it was sooooo good that two of my friends also had one. It's like floating and escaping from the here and now! Definitely do it!
A big thank you to the kitchen and the service staff in the dining area. We had a royal meal, whether from the extensive breakfast buffet or the course menu in the evening, it was pure delight! Regional products, as we were told later, very temptingly presented and tastefully delicious, a feast for the eyes! The waiters constantly strive to serve the right drink to go with the meal, and they carefully ensure that the glass is never empty ;-)! Thank you!
We also used and appreciated the hotel service, a juice stain on our T-shirt, last-minute medication, and the not-so-common shuttle service to Lazise!
I "only" gave 4 out of 5 stars because of an internal issue, but even then, the handling and response was incredibly professional and customer-oriented. Thanks to the management!
Therefore, the hotel and its staff get a SECRET 5 STARS from us!

First, the negative: There is a clear rule: "No children under 4 years old." There were several infants and toddlers there who whined, screamed, and made a huge mess at the chocolate fountain from morning to night. The parents think it's so sweet... Our eardrums belong to us and no one else's! And so do our nerves. The freedom of the individual ends where the freedom of others begins. The children aren't to blame; it's the parents' fault! The reception says some people embezzle their children or manipulate their ages when booking, and then they can't send them home. This was a problem that annoyed us all week. Why isn't there a more consistent approach? Therefore, one star deduction. You would upset a few people, but you would gain many more. There are countless children's and family hotels.
And now the positive: Everything else was good to sensational. Above all, the creative cuisine, the appealing star-rated design (see photos), the taste, and the friendly service. Not only Sig. Paolo, who offers top-notch service, deserves mention here, but many others as well. We were also impressed by how easily German could be spoken everywhere; that's very pleasant. The quality of the guests and their attire are, with few exceptions, above average. Exceptional cocktails, a stunning park, and a beautiful ambiance round out the impression. The mezzanine floors are confusing and, in some cases, poorly or incorrectly signposted. The breakfast is outstanding for Italy. Every special request, whether morning or evening, is fulfilled. The wines by the glass are good, but ambitiously priced (0.2 l for at least €16). The most expensive suites, of all places, are the most visible, an architectural miscalculation that didn't affect us personally, however. The rooms are nice, but there's room for improvement. For example, there's not enough storage space, and the mattresses are too soft. The German TV channels are hidden, too few, and sometimes have poor reception. But these are all minor issues. Overall, you won't find a comparable hotel on Lake Garda. The shuttle service is also very pleasant. Overall, the price is absolutely reasonable. We would have liked to extend our stay, but the hotel was fully booked – what a pity.

I've had many massages, but none were as good as the one at the Quellenhof!

We had booked a special offer for December 2021, but had to cancel due to the coronavirus situation. However, we were able to easily reschedule our stay for March under the same conditions, which was a pleasant surprise. The hotel is beautifully located, and the furnishings are very tasteful and well-maintained. The beautifully landscaped outdoor area is an oasis of tranquility. The reception was very warm; we felt welcome. We booked the cheapest offer and received an upgrade, which we were truly pleased with and again pleasantly surprised. The dinner was outstanding; the dishes were of the highest quality, and the creative preparation and composition were second to none – a huge compliment to the kitchen. The entire staff was very friendly and attentive. We felt very comfortable, are completely satisfied, and would gladly return.

We spent 5 wonderful days at the Quellenhof! The hotel is great from start to finish: reception, rooms (quiet and great beds), wellness, food, service, parking, everything is top notch! The hotel is beautiful. From the service to the food and the pool area, everything was perfect.
The hotel is certainly not cheap, but the price-performance ratio is right. It is clearly a luxury hotel.
Our room had a large terrace with access to the garden.
The additional services we use (private spa and boat tour) are also recommended.
We can expressly recommend the hotel and will definitely come back again.

Wow! We were simply overwhelmed by this hotel and our day spa experience. Starting with a fantastic breakfast, we ended with the highlight of the day: the sauna. A huge compliment to the sauna staff. The infusions were celebrated; we've never experienced anything like it before, even though we've been to many saunas. The way they were performed, with music, dancing, and projections, was at times so emotional that, as strange as it may sound, we got a lump in our throats. The music selection was top-notch, and the final infusion was something we could sing and clap along to. Sensational. To round things off, there was a fantastic dinner. Many thanks to the entire team at the Quellenhof Luxury Resort Lazise.

Excellent, high-quality and varied food from a variety of cultures, a beautiful ambiance, and a fantastic location with direct views of the lake. The spa area is very nice, and there are lovely pools and even a natural lake accessible directly from the suites. My only criticism is that they sometimes didn't address some of the complaints and were unwilling to find a solution.

Very warm welcome, large modern rooms, fantastic pool area, breakfast and dinner at the highest level and an excellent wine list. It couldn't be better!
We really enjoyed our vacation and will come back to Lake Garda as soon as possible.

The hotel is well-equipped and offers 100% service. A very nice spa and pool area. The entire hotel is well-maintained and very clean. The staff is friendly and motivated. I highly recommend the hotel.
The only point for improvement:
In the 5-star segment, it is not usually customary to wear the following at dinner in the restaurant:
- Shorts
- Flip-flops or beach shoes
- Sportswear
- Sweatpants
The theme of style/etiquette should be consistently enforced here.

5 stars with honors.
We spent a night in a beautiful white suite as the first stop on our honeymoon, and after the staff discovered we'd gotten married a few days earlier, they pampered us with a romantic dinner on a private terrace, also treating us to a delicious dessert wine on offer.
When we returned from dinner, we found the bed decorated with a heart and red petals.
Kudos to the entire hotel staff, who lived up to the expectations of such a luxurious and impeccable establishment.
We'll definitely be back!

Since I live nearby, when I want to spend a day in peace and relaxation, I frequent this beautiful hotel, which offers a day spa. Everything is excellent: the gym, the pool (outdoor/indoor), the swimming lake (it feels like being at the seaside), and the top-notch cuisine, with a varied menu depending on the season. The spa is superb, equipped with every comfort, with the option of participating in daily Augfuss (Gioele is extremely talented and professional). To finish, an excellent aperitif in the bar area on the top floor, in front of an infinity pool overlooking the lake!!! Fantastic...

We booked the Giardino al Lago suite for two nights. It had direct access to the lake. Truly fantastic. Just like the entire resort. Modern, upscale architecture, friendly and attentive staff, great food, and much more. The pool area is amazing! It's a great place to spend time. We can wholeheartedly recommend the Auellenhof!

The rooms are wonderful and designed with attention to every detail. We also stayed in a suite with a private pool, sauna, and hot tub on the terrace. This allows you to fully relax without having to leave your suite. They also offer a high-quality restaurant service.

We had a beautiful room, lovingly decorated for us. A special highlight of this hotel is the sky pool on the roof... it truly is an oasis of relaxation. The wellness area is also top-notch, with wonderful infusions. The only disappointment was dinner: my main course – swordfish – was bone dry and tasteless. What a shame! I had expected more from the food. Overall, the staff was very friendly and accommodating throughout.

The difference is made by the details and in this resort there is truly great attention to everything. The structure is a few steps from Lake Garda with all possible activities. An amazing breakfast and a top restaurant, a dream wine cellar with a thousand labels on the menu. The relaxation areas, spa and gym are extremely comfortable and clean. A beautiful resort on Lake Garda, with 58 spacious and elegantly furnished suites. Pools, saunas, and a huge spa with numerous treatment rooms and relaxation areas.
The only drawback: the panoramic restaurant's cuisine, unfortunately, isn't up to par with the property. The bar serves excellent salads, especially the Caesar salad.

The hotel pools are fantastic, the seating areas are unique, and the food is generally excellent. The utmost hospitality, relaxation, and organization, even in these challenging times. Breakfast and dinner were on par with top hotels in South Tyrol (the pistachio pizza is an indescribable delight). A wellness area straight out of a thousand and one nights, with pools and saunas for every taste. Wonderful, and definitely worth recommending to everyone at least once in their lives.

A property overlooking Lake Garda, meticulously maintained down to the smallest detail. Friendly staff. I stayed for a day, starting with a sumptuous breakfast that ranged from sweet to savory. The buffet was constantly changing. I then continued with a relaxing day at the spa. There are several pools, some heated for the fall/winter season, and a spa area (there's a family pool suitable for children and one for adults 16 and older, but only for those who don't wear a swimsuit). Herbal teas, juices, and dried fruit are available for guests. The bathrobe is incredibly soft! :-) Highly recommended.

Almost perfect. A few minor things are still missing. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very good, although one would expect a bit more variety at a 5-star hotel. Dinner is exceptionally good, with five dishes and an antipasti buffet beforehand, everything was completely satisfactory. The outdoor area is the best I've experienced in Northern Italy. A repeat stay is definitely possible.
