In Lazise, just a few kilometres from the beautiful shores of Lake Garda, you will find our residences La Margherita and La Magnolia. With us you will find a true oasis of peace and tranquillity, where you can spend a relaxing holiday away from stress, but at the same time have fun and adventures. Our two facilities are located close to each other and have the sole objective of making your stay unforgettable! In the surrounding area, you will find shops and restaurants and many leisure activities. On request and for a small surcharge, we also offer our guests a rich breakfast.

The Residence La Magnolia is a new complex next to the Residence Margherita. The spacious and refined flats are furnished with care and offer you every comfort. They consist of a kitchenette with dishwasher, two separate bedrooms and a comfortable sofa bed in the living room, accommodating up to 6 persons. From the terrace and the large balcony you can enjoy beautiful views of the garden and the swimming pool. Each flat has a reserved parking space in the underground car park.

Residence La Margherita is our other facility that boasts a large, well-kept garden, swimming pool, whirlpool, relaxation area equipped with sun loungers and parasols, a playground for children, and a table tennis table. An inviting kiosk bar - cafeteria is available to guests of both facilities. For tennis enthusiasts, there is also a tennis court available. Residence la Margherita offers two- and three-room flats with one or two bedrooms, a sofa bed in the living room, a terrace or balcony and private parking.
