For our guests, we offer comfortable apartments for 2-5 persons that we have furnished with loving attention to detail. The flats are composed of a large double room, a bathroom and living room with sofa bed, fully equipped kitchenette with dishwasher, satellite TV, individually adjustable heating and air conditioning as well as free WLAN. All apartments have a large terrace or a small private garden. On request, you can benefit from our daily cleaning service. Our guests will also look forward to our free car parking, our bar, our BBQ area with barbecue utensils, our garden with pool as well as to our garage for bikes and bike rental. Children’s equipment is available on request. Small pets are welcome.
Activities & sights
In the surroundings of Residence Nuove Terme and of Lake Garda guests are offered endless possibilities for activities. If you are on the road with your family, you should visit the amusement and nature parks such as Gardaland (reduced ticket prices available in our house), the safari zoo Parco Natura Viva and many more. Culture lovers should visit the historical centres of Lazise, Bardolino or Borghetto and of course the nearby centre of Sirmione. Our guests will as well get reduced ticket prices in the Virgilio thermal baths and in the Aquaria Wellness Centre, where you can completely relax and enjoy the magnificent landscape of the environs.

The owners Flavio and Valeria are unparalleled in their professionalism, helpfulness, and kindness. We stayed from December 26, 2025, to January 10, 2026, in apartment 42. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for a great stay. Free Wi-Fi was available. Since we stayed for two weeks, they changed our bed linens and towels halfway through our stay, something no one does in Sirmione. The apartments are perfectly laid out, suitable for everyone, especially families like mine. The residence offers free bicycles, and the quality/price ratio is unbeatable. The best in Sirmione. Close to the spa. Highly recommended, one of the few places I'd always return to. They made us feel right at home. Supermarkets are close to the residence. There's also a lovely, large swimming pool for the summer. Thank you so much.

🔆We also stayed for two weeks in October 2025 at the NUOVE TERME residence in Colombare di Sirmione.
It's very close to the Virgilio spa, allowing us to enjoy a great spa treatment.
The location is always excellent, with excellent services and cleanliness.
It's worth noting that Mr. FLAVIO, the owner, is always available and available for any need.
