Villa Rosa is located in Riva del Garda, between Arco and Riva in an easily reachable position. The picturesque centre of Riva as well as the lake shore is not far from our cosy apartments away. Therefore Villa Rosa is the ideal accommodation for everybody who has many plans for an active holiday at Lake Garda and is searching for a comfortable stay.

The holiday flats in Villa Rosa are situated in a new building, are furnished with high quality materials and offer every comfort you need for a carefree holiday. Each of our lovingly styled apartments is spacious and provides a good soundproofing; because of this they are perfect for families. Villa Rosa offers apartments in various sizes and with different equipment. They are equipped with heating, parking space, partly whirlpool or steam bath, air conditioning and spacious terraces or balconies with panoramic view. Furthermore they offer a gas cooker, a dishwasher, a fridge with freezer, satellite TV, a big dining table for up to 10 persons and WLAN on request.

Riva del Garda is located at the northern shore of Lake Garda. Here the wonderful natural landscape offers not just wonderful panoramic views, but also many possibilities for varied leisure time activities. Those who like relaxation and water sports, love the beautiful lake shores. Mountain bikers, hikers and climbers like the varied surroundings of Riva del Garda and culturally interested persons enjoy visiting historical buildings like the castle in Arco or the fortress with museum in Riva.

🔆 We stayed with Paolo for the fifth time, and everything was fantastic again. Great apartments, always clean. A bit out of the way, but it's about a 10-15 minute walk to the center. We'll be back... thank you very much.

🔆 Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. The apartment was visibly dirty from the moment we arrived: "clean" towels were left on top of the bathroom trash can, a decidedly unhygienic choice. The pans were completely ruined and encrusted, and the terrace was dirty, even though the website stated it was a well-kept space to enjoy. Despite the fact that towels were changed every four days, they were never replaced. The overall impression was one of careless and neglectful management. The apartment's soundproofing was a positive point.
